At our Northwest Regional Gathering we will be taking some time to engage with some restorative practices together.
We are also excited to have Tammi Hagen presenting from Headwaters Regional Development Commission regarding their innovative approach to providing transportation solutions for those in Conifer Estates' supportive housing program! Their Conifer Transit program has sprung into action and addressed huge transportation needs, one of the toughest barriers to health for many folks in the Northwest.
