Northeast Regional Network

Welcome to the Northeast Health Equity Regional Network Connection platform. This space is a tool to support work in health equity. It can be used to build relationships; support existing work and activities; to share expertise; provide resources; and influence policy, structural, and system changes with a goal to providing the best health and wellness outcomes for all.

In the January 2025 Northeast Regional Health Equity Networks gathering, we focused in on your input as to what you see as the accomplishments, challenges, and needs in your communities. We also revisited the wordcloud that we created when we started the gatherings and asked for comments on how it reflected the current situation. In April we'll create a new one and evaluate the differences.

The Health Equity Networks are focused on building connections, strengthening communities, and amplifying the interconnected work of health equity. To maintain the family-friendly nature of this page, please keep comments on topic and suitable for everyone. Also, please follow our guidelines below for posting comments.

MDH and the coordinators welcome the sharing of ideas and information. Comments made by partners on this site are reviewed by the engagement admin team.
